Scrub Cap

Working in the midst of a pandemic made me realize how important it is to properly secure my hair. I was getting so tired of washing the nasties out of my hair each shift so this cap is a lifesaver. It even has enough room in the ponytail part for those blessed with thick long hair!

About $10!

Badge Reel

I mean come on, a pug badge reel, so cute!!!

Nursing Clogs

Having a good pair of shoes makes all the difference. While there are so many different types of nursing shoes out there, my favorite are clogs. They have good support for your arch, no shoelaces that dig in, and are super easy to wipe clean after a shift. Dansko’s are great for those with wider feet and Sanita’s (my personal favorite) are better for those with narrow feet.

Less than $150!

Compression Socks

To really get the most out of your clogs, or any nursing shoe really, you NEED compression socks. These help to circulate blood in your feet and legs and help to prevent spider veins! They also keep my feet from throbbing, which is a huge bonus.

About $25!

BIC 4 Color Pens

A nursing staple! Keep everything organized with multiple colors in one pen! Bet you thought you’d never use these past grade school right?

About $5!

Shoe Deodorizer

Girl we know those shoes stink after walking around in them for twelve hours through vomit, blood, feces, etc. This shoe deodorizer is a must have!
