A Nurse Named Courtney
Courtney Ruef, BSN, RN, is the nurse behind A Nurse Named Courtney Blog. She went to school at California Baptist University and graduated in May of 2019 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While in school, Courtney worked as a Medical Assistant at a plastic surgeons’ office in Southern California. Since graduating, she has worked at a private outpatient surgery center as a pre-operative and post-operative care nurse as well as at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center on the Medical/Diabetes unit, night shift.
